alright! so check it. lots of people use this appscene to upload k'd apps and for some stupid reason when i download from them its always a .rar file which is fine. the only thing is every other .rar file has the .ipa to click and then it just transfers to iTunes but not on appscene. It has a couple of folders but no direct link to an .ipa file. One of them says "payload" which i assume is the file folder i need but then inside of the folder there is no direct link to the .ipa file. Anyone else have this problem? also i never use my iPhone to download stuff. Always download from my pc and then just sync to itunes from there.

Thanks to all who help.

I think I understand what you're saying... That the apps will not sync onto your iPod, through iTunes? I think that's the problem right there. I don't know for certain, but I think that 'k'd'? apps need to be SSH'd into your iPod rather then synced, that way iTunes wont recognize them as 'k'd'. :P

I think an easier method would just be to download/install the ipa's directly onto your iPod rather then fooling around on the computer, it's a lot quicker and painless. :3

I would think that you download a corrupted file...

I understand your problem here: You can't find the .ipa in the .rar folder.

First, a "payload" is something that makes good use of an exploit for unsigned code execution...ultrasn0w is a payload.

Second, try installing the .ipa's from your device like fester said or better yet just download from another site.

If you still not worked out why, its because though the files are named as .ipa, when you look closer, you discover its actually a zip file, hence just use any unzip utility like winrar and extract it as a folder and you should be able to transfer to itunes to install via the normal method.
