Here's a simple solution for the problem "Could not activate cellular data network"

Step 1. Go to safari and type in unlockit.co.nz

Step 2. Choose Continue
Image

Step 3. Choose Custom APN
Image

Step 4. Choose Your Carrier

Image

Step 5. Hit Create Profile then it will close safari and ask Install Profile

Step 6. After done install your done! Enjoy! :)
