So I just jailbroke and unlocked my iphone 2g 3.0 and so I go into cydia and it wont download any of the needed packages is says
"coundent configure pre-depened dpkg for ncurses, probably a dependency cycle "

can anyone help

i think you need to have icy aswell but i didnt get that error tho and i only have cydia installed

nah u dont need to intall both cyida and icy. turn your phone/itouch off and try again if not restore and rejailbreak
