im new to this jail breaking stuff..i just recently jail break my iphone 3g 3.0,,,i see alot of cool themes at the web the problem is i dont know how to tranfer them to my iphone,....help pls....oh and if you're advising me to use openssh...i dont have wi fi...or is there other way?

You can use a website called modmyi.com. Your going to have to register but you can download their themes for free. As far as getting your themes on your iPhone/iPod you'll have to download winterboard from cydia then ssh the sected themes.

The easiest way to ssh would be by downloading iPhoneBrowser 1.91

If your new to jailbreaking and cant ssh then the easiest way would be to get them right from cydia which sticks them into winterboard.

I think the stock theme is the best, but with user background :)
DL winterboard as Neophyte666 said, its worth it.

What i do is use "dim icons" and "no undocked icon lables" that i downloaded for winterboard and then i use a custom hd wallpaper that you can find [url=http://www.wallpaperhd.net/v/AppleIpodIphoneItouch]here[/url

Download winterboard, then download a theme, then go into winterboard and you will see the theme, just click it and boom....there u go :D

i downloaded open ssh from cydia,,,ok my question is how do i install a theme from the internet to my iphone?

Download theme. SSH into ur iphn, heres the directory:
