So all of a sudden two days ago my itunes went from working just fine to not being able to buy (Paid) or download (Free) apps for my iPhone 3G. This is very upsetting since just had to recover my iphone out of the SILVER SCREEN OF DEATH for the first time :( Anyways... now that the phone is back to factory settings, I cant even get any apps on it because of this 5002 error message. I have contacted apple support and basically they just felt sorry for me :x AARRRGGGGH!!!!! Can anyone PLEASE HELP me out? I dont know where to turn.

Thanks for keeping an apple fan....an apple fan.

uninstall itunes, restart your computer, then reinstall the latest version of itunes.

anyways, check apple out as they atually have solutions to these errors. use google
