Have you ever tried streaming or downloading a movie and you only saw a white page with tons of codes and scripts all over the page? I bet you were thinking that the movie you were trying to stream or download was messed up, huh? Sorry, but the reality is not the movie giving you this problem, it's your device. Don't worry though, it's an easy fix if you follow this tutorial. One thing you have to understand is both "Safari Download Plugin also known as (Safari DL)" and the "Quicktime Plugin" are both Plug-Ins for the Safari browser. Everyone will have the Quicktime Plugin installed even non-jailbroken devices because this is automatically built into the firmware. However, only jailbroken devices will have the "Safari Download Plugin", that of course if you installed it from Cydia or Icy. Below is the tutorial to fix this problem.

TUTORIAL
Open the Settings app and then tap Safari. Now look under the "Security" section and you will see only 3 items you can switch ON/OFF.
1. JavaScript
2. Plug-Ins
3. Block Pop-ups

More than likely if you see the white page with codes then that means the "Plug-Ins" will appear to be turned off. If this feature is turned off then neither the "Safari Download Plugin" or the "Quicktime Plugin" will function. So to fix this problem you must set "Plug-Ins" to ON so that all plugins will work when using Safari. I would also recommend setting "JavaScript" to ON as well so you don't have any other complications when viewing certain websites that require JavaScript.

So now that you have turned ON the "Plug-Ins" and "JavaScripts features from within Settings app > Safari, you are ready to either download or stream your movie.
