I found this out on my own a while back and thought i would share it.

things you need
ifile
winterboard
Jailbroken Device (obviously)

1. Downlaod Winterboard and Ifile from cydia.

2. Open up i file and navigate to /var/stash/themes

3. Hit edit then the "+" and make a new folder and name it whatever you want.

4. Open the folder.

5. Hit edit then the "+" name the file info.plist.

6. Below where you named the file It will "type" tap that and change it to a "regular file"

7. then create the file

8.Next tap the file you just made "info.plist" and choose property viewer

9.When it opens a pop up will show just tap close

10. Hit edit then copy this in

<key>UndockedIconLabelStyle</key>
<string>/*font-family: monospace; font-size: 13px;*/ color: white</string>

<key>DockedIconLabelStyle</key>
<string>/*font-family: monospace; font-size: 13px;*/ color: burlywood</string>

11. All you have to do is change the color name above it says burleywood to change it to blue all i have to do is delete burlywood and replace it with word blue

12. When you have the color you want save it then open winterboard and turn on the folder you created as a theme and when you exit winterboard and respring the colors will be what you chose.

Heres what it should look like when you are done:

Please thank this if it helped

Thanks for the help. Recently the BigBoss repo released a tweak that allows you to change the names of the apps by just tapping on the actual icon. It's call Icon renamer... Pretty obvious. Check it out.

Lol, that coding stuff just baffled the sh#t out of me.

Looking at rooting an Android and installing Thai language on it, but the code stuff is stoping me in my tracks.

Good tutorial though.
