There is now a way to jailbreak all devices on ios4 or firmware 4.0.1. this also works for ipads running on firmware 3.2.1

First, head to jailbreakme.thebigu.info on your ipod touch or iphone. you can go to the website on your computer to see exactly which devices it jailbreaks.

Now that it is up on your iphone or ipod touch, it should have a screen saying: 'slide to jailbreak.' before you do jailbreak, make sure you have your data backed up, just in case.

Then, go ahead and slide. This should start it jailbreaking. the process only takes a few minutes, reboots your idevice when it's done, and should show cydia as an icon. its an easy and simple procedure.

If the website is blocked, (which it shouldnt) there are plently of mirrors that you can search up.

btw, i know that there has been a lot of stuff about this, but i just wanted to make another tutorial, because that way it'll be easier to find stuff about this.

what abour iphone 4s? does anyone have any unlock and jailbreak methods yet?
