About how long does it take to make a descent theme for someone who is good with photoshop?

Depends on how fast you are, how well you want it,
how much work you are doing, such as
EVERYTHING, head to toe.
I would imagine that takes a while, maybe a week if a few hours a day?

Are you good with photoshop?

So this is how it's done... I always thought there was some crazzy app store app that cost like 10 bucks that let's you do this... Thank you so much!

what do you mean? are you talking about downloaded apps like shazam etc. if so you just have to find out what they are called and title the .png file as such sorry its not really much help.
