All I do is I open up the mixcraft 3 and I select the song I want and put it in there.
Then I just cut the parts that I don't want and put it on my phone.

you guys can use a website its called audiko.net, you just upload your song then cut the part out that you want as a ringtone and then save it as m4r. or also zedge.net, those two are awesome sites.
