Has there been a break for 4.0.2 firmwire yet? Before I got to this site I upgraded my iphone to that version. Been looking thru the net and found the Dev team is not considering it now, will there be one?

what phone do u have? 3g, 3gs or 4?
some folks say that the redsn0w_win_0.9.5b5-5 can do jb on 4.0.2, u need ipsw 4.0 original file and run redsn0w and when asked to browse ipsw u point it to 4.0 and do the procedure and that will do the trick.
i haven´t try this, so u do this on your risk if anything goes wrong.
post your result if u try this.

I would like to jailbreak but I don't want to until there a solid jailbreak 4.0.2

Just Jailbroke my iphone running on version 4.0.2

Check out my post in the Redsn0w section, I also included youtube tutorial I found.
