This is the Jailbreak for 3.1.2, there have been alot of people having problems getting "Blackra1n" to work but I figured out how to get it to work. You will need 3 things to download:
1. Blackra1n- http://www.blackra1n.com/
2.Service.plist- http://www.megaupload.com/?d=QL7JHQY6
3.TouchCopy 9.12 or 9.22- http://www.downloadpipe.com.au/free-t...
Touchcopy Website- http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touc...
Thats all you need to use to Jailbreak 3.1.2 and Follow the instructions in the video

There's a new RC2 out.
It should work 100%

ok.. u jailbreak it and.. if u turn off ur ipod touch do u have to connect it to ur computer to turn it on? or he bug is fixed
