when I sync it changes the time on my iPod touch how can I stop that

IDk that is strange, what was the most recent application you downloaded from cydia? uninstall it and see were that gets you.

Try to google this problem, I have a iTouch too and I've never came across this problem :/

Never had this problem check ur itunes and scomputer time settings as well.
