GET ANY YOUTUBE VIDEO AS YOUR SPRINGBOARD WALLPAPER
(Firmwares 1.1.1 - 3.x.x). ALSO, YOU CAN GET THESE ITEMS FROM CYDIA NOW. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE REPO SOURCE IN THE VIDEO FOR IT WAS FOR INSTALLER AND NO LONGER WORKS.

actually it's not that outdated because thee are many people who use fw 1.x.x because it is more stable with installer(except 1.1.4 of course) :) .

Here are the facts, We are currently on firmware 3.0.1 and as long as you have a jailbroken device, you can do this considering the fact that MobileFinder and vWallpaper are both available on Cydia. The key is to make sure you can get MobileFinder and vWallpaper to install for your firmware. I'm not sure if it will work on firmware 3.1 since there is no current known jailbreak. However, this tutorial does work for 1.x.x - 1.1.5, 2.x.x - 2.2.1 and 3.x.x - 3.0.1 firmwares.
